What this site collects
When you fill out a contact or guide form on this site, it collects your first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number, and an optional message. Some forms ask one or two extra questions, such as what you hope to learn, and those answers are collected too.
If you book a call through the scheduling calendar on the contact page, your name, email, phone number, and chosen time are collected by that calendar and added to our contact system. If you give a phone number on a form, the site records whether you ticked the box agreeing to calls and texts, the exact wording shown next to that box, and the date and time. The site also records the campaign tags on the link you arrived from, and the name of the website that sent you, never the full address of that page. Like any website, the hosting service keeps standard server logs.
Who receives it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Your form submission is delivered to the customer management system Harvest Real Estate Group uses to follow up on inquiries, and to Betsy Nava-Flores directly. If you use the chat assistant on the site, your messages are processed by Anthropic, the company that provides it. The booking calendar and the contact system are provided by GoHighLevel. Map embeds on the site are provided by Google.
Each of these companies handles information for us under its own published terms. We choose them to run the website and respond to you, and we do not give them permission to use your information for their own advertising.
How it is used
Your information is used to answer your inquiry and to follow up about buying or selling a home. We do not sell your personal information. If you ask to receive marketing, it comes from Harvest Real Estate Group, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
Calls and text messages
We only call or text a number you gave us after you agreed to it on a form. By agreeing, you consent to be contacted by Betsy Nava-Flores by call, email, and text about real estate services. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, or HELP for help.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 210-889-7495, email betsy@harvestagents.com, or use the contact page. You can also unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it. Your browser settings let you block cookies, and this site loads no advertising or analytics tags at all unless this page names them.
